Torah Over Zoom: Organ Donation

On Tuesday, January 19 at 7:00 pm, please join in as we continue our weekly Torah study. This week we will continue our study of some timely and pressing issues.
You may be aware that the law governing organ and tissue donation will change in NS on Sunday, January 18. What does Jewish tradition and law have to say about it, and how should we go forward as Jews? To help answer these questions we will study and discuss some responsa (position papers) of the Committee on Jewish Law and Standards of the Rabbinical Assembly: a paper by Rabbi Joseph Prouser, and a “Donation Card” by the same author.
