Israeli Krav Maga Workshop

Led by Niv Goffman: Israel’s 3-time National Krav Maga Champion!

This program will introduce participants to a martial art that is a unique Israeli invention, while at the same time underscoring values such a self-defense and self-control, as well as openness and respect for others. The workshop will be divided into 3 parts: a brief introduction to Krav Maga, time for questions and then a hands-on training. No experience required.
