Halifax. \nGuest speaker: Holocaust survivor Dr. Francis Weil. \nFrancis Weil was 4 years old when he escaped with his parents and brother into Switzerland from Nazi- occupied France in 1942. Weil\, in conversation with Olga Milosevich\, retired CBC Radio Broadcaster\, will discuss his family’s story of survival. Dr. Weil came to Moncton\, N.B. as a young man where he taught physics and statistics at the Université de Moncton. \nThe program will include a candle-lighting ceremony and reception to follow.
