If you are interested in a safe space for processing loss and grief within a supportive Jewish context\, please join us this first Tuesday of every month at 7pm in Rabbi Weiss’ office.  The Simon Gaum Bereavement Centre Loss Support Group is open to anyone in the community\, convenes monthly\, and is co-facilitated by psychotherapist and Shaar member Judy Bates and Rabbi Weiss.

SUMMARY:Shabbat Morning Service and Junior Congregation - We have power!
DESCRIPTION:Shabbat morning services begin at 9:15 a.m. every Saturday.  This Shabbat we will also have Junior Congregation in the Chapel commencing at 10:30am \nShabbat liturgy\, nusach and Divrei Torah delivered by our Rabbi make each Shabbat inspiring for those attending.  There are also many occasions throughout the year when the congregation will hold special Shabbat services\, from a scholar-in-residence Shabbat to a university student Shabbat and more. \nCongregants are encouraged to contribute to Shabbat services by chanting a Haftorah or delivering a D’var Torah.  Please contact the Rabbi to make arrangements.  The Rabbi will also be happy to guide you along the way.
