DESCRIPTION:Led by Niv Goffman: Israel’s 3-time National Krav Maga Champion!\n**Space is limited to 20 participants**\n**Please email nrosenfeld@theajc.ca to register**\nThis program will introduce participants to a martial art that is a unique Israeli invention\, while at the same time underscoring values such a self-defense and self-control\, as well as openness and respect for others. The workshop will be divided into 3 parts: a brief introduction to Krav Maga\, time for questions and then a hands-on training. No experience required.\nThis program is made possible thanks to generous efforts of the Israeli Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and the Jewish Agency for Israel.
