SUMMARY:Israeli Krav Maga Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Led by Niv Goffman: Israel’s 3-time National Krav Maga Champion!\n**Space is limited to 20 participants**\n**Please email nrosenfeld@theajc.ca to register**\nThis program will introduce participants to a martial art that is a unique Israeli invention\, while at the same time underscoring values such a self-defense and self-control\, as well as openness and respect for others. The workshop will be divided into 3 parts: a brief introduction to Krav Maga\, time for questions and then a hands-on training. No experience required.\nThis program is made possible thanks to generous efforts of the Israeli Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and the Jewish Agency for Israel. The program is run in cooperation with the Canadian Zionist Federation and the Department of Diaspora Affairs-WZO
