DESCRIPTION:Mystified and disturbed by the recent spate of news stories about sexual violence and abuse? Join us for a discussion featuring Jewish perspectives on gender-based violence. We will explore a variety of proven strategies to reduce gender-based violence to help identify opportunities to prevent gender-based violence in our own communities.\nConor Falvey is a professional sexual health educator and researcher. She is currently serving as the provincial coordinator of Sexual Health Nova Scotia. Her research includes a history of LGBTQ communities in Atlantic Canada.
